In the weeks to come, the people of Davao will once again converge at the city’s downtown district to celebrate the annual celebration of Kadayawan Festival, the city’s grandest thanksgiving festival for the bounty of harvest, richness of culture and tranquility of living. This is the most exciting event that every Davaoeño including myself look forward to see and experience every year. As early as now, several related events organized by the City Tourism Office and the private sector are being structured and promoted to greatly add more life to the festivities. One of these exciting events to watch out for this year is “Kadayawan Fiesta at the Apo View Hotel 2013”.
The Apo View Hotel being Davao’s premier and the second oldest hotel in the Philippines joins the people of Davao in celebrating Kadawayan Festival 2013. For six years now, The Apo View embraces the festival’s theme bringing its festive colors, cheerful sounds and jovial spirit inside their walls and unto the hearts of their valued guests. This is the core of “Kadayawan Fiesta at the Apo View Hotel”, the annual signature event of the Apo View Hotel – showcasing Mindanao’s artistic, cultural and historical heritage.
“Kadayawan Fiesta at the Apo View Hotel” will run for two weeks starting August 5 and culminates on the August 18 with different spectacular events in stored not only for its registered guests but open to the public.
Come. Celebrate Kadayawan sa Dabaw 2013. Celebrate it with the Apo View Hotel. Davao’s First, Davao Own.
